CLASS SCHEDULES
At MIC we offer Day School & Night School. Schedule details are as followed.
Day School Students: Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 3:00 pm (30 hours per week required)
DAY SCHOOL (Monday - Friday) 30 Hours Per Week
Each student must attend at least six (6) hours of theory each week. Theory is taught Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings.

Practical/Lab Training:
10:30 am - 2:30 pm
Sanitation/Clean-Up:
2:30 pm - 2:59 pm
Dismissal:
3:00 pm
*Breaks and lunch assigned by Instructor
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
The school admits students on the basis of an evaluation from an interview and without regard to Race, Age, Color, Ethnic Origin, Religion, Creed, Sex, Financial Status, Country, Area of Origin or Residence.
Although, the Alabama Board of Cosmetology & Barbering only requires proof of 10th grade education, in order to be eligible for admissions for any specific program at Midfield Institute of Cosmetology the applicant must meet the following requirements:

- Provide a High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED, high school transcript showing completion of 12th grade, or a Certificate of Attainment;or
- Provide a state issued credential for secondary school completion if home schooled; or
- Enroll under a training agreement>
